"Good deals when the promos line up"
I ended up ordering from focuscamera.com because, uh, the price was better than a few other sites I checked, and their promo code actually went through without any hassle. Checkout was straightforward too, which I appreciated.
I’m giving 4 stars because the sale details were a little confusing at first, and I had to double-check the final price in my cart to make sure it was right. Still, I’d definitely consider buying from them again if the deal makes sense...

I ordered from Focus Camera and was half expecting something to be off, like a missing part, the wrong item, or a beat-up box. Thankfully, none of that happened. The order matched what I picked, the box wasn’t damaged, and the product looked new and clean. It worked right away too, which was a relief. Straightforward overall, though I was definitely waiting for some kind of problem to show up

"Help showed up right when I needed it"
I reached out with a question and customer service got back to me really quickly. They handled it calmly and didn’t turn it into some big drawn-out issue, which I appreciated.
